We are pleased to invite all interested members to enroll into our P3T (PICQS Think Tank Trainings), which shall be launched tentatively this February 2019.

P3T has been created to address the concerns of RICS over the Level 1 qualifications of those who have no RICS accredited degree or whose work experience as a Quantity Surveyor falls short of the required 5 years. As an alternative to the online academy offered by RICS which present quite a costly sum, PICQS offers this training at a reasonable amount and face-to-face learning sessions with qualified speakers and guests to address your interests and queries.

P3T is a twelve (12) session training regarding the Assessment of Professional Competency (APC) based on the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Guidance Notes or the Black book.
