The College of Estate Management Property Awards 2015
Every year since 1987, the College of Estate Management (CEM) has presented an award to a person or organisation that has made an outstanding contribution to the property sector.
This year is the 28th anniversary of this prestigious award and the College are expanding the event. Alongside the traditional Property Award there will be two new awards – one to a CEM alumnus for their ‘outstanding contribution to a better built environment’ and one to a current CEM student for their ‘academic excellence’.
Alumni were invited to nominate either themselves or a fellow alumnus and give their reasons for why their nomination deserved to win and what they had done to contribute to a ‘better built environment’. After the closing date a panel met to review the nominations and a shortlist of six was drawn up. The six shortlisted have all been invited to attend the lunch and the winner will be announced on the day.
