Associate Member

  • Route 1 – Five (5) years of QS experience and with Accredited QS Study of at least 500 hours.
  • Route 2 – With membership of QS Professional Body recognised by PICQS (Associate RICS, Affiliate Member of NZIQS, CIQS CCE)
  • Route 3 – Completed PICQS P3T, PAP1 and GaMP.
  • Route 4 – PICQS APC registered.
  • Route 5 – Obtained membership of QS Professional Body recognized by PICQS (Associate RICS, Affiliate Member of NZIQS, CIQS CCE)

Member is entitled to use post nominal: APICQS and must clearly state as Associate Member of PICQS. Membership shall expire at the end of each calendar year and subject to PICQS GMC’s renewal validation.

Technical Member

  • Route 1   – One (1) year of QS experience and graduate of PICQS Academic Partner (MoU with PICQS).
  • Route 2   – One (1) year of QS experience under approved supervision.
  • Route 3   – Two (2) years of QS experience without approved supervision.

‘Approved Supervision’ means working under a supervisor who is an MPICQS / FPICQS, or Membership Holder of QS Professional Bodies recognized by PICQS (MRICS) or with mutual recognition or reciprocity agreement with PICQS (MAIQS, MNZIQS, CIQS PQS).

Member is entitled to use post nominal: TPICQS and must clearly state as Technical Member of PICQS. Membership shall expire at the end of each calendar year and subject to PICQS GMC’s renewal validation.

Provisional Member

  • Filipino Citizen (or Filipino Citizen at the time of application)
  • With Less than 1 Year of QS Experience
  • Graduate student from PICQS Academic Partner (MoU with PICQS)

Member is not entitled to use post nominals and must clearly state as Provisional Member of PICQS. Membership shall expire at the end of each calendar year and subject to PICQS GMC’s renewal validation.

Fellow Member

  • PICQS Corporate Grade Member
  • Must have served the PICQS Board of Trustees for at least two (2) consecutive terms
  • Member of PICQS for at least ten (10) years

PICQS has no direct entry for Fellow Membership. Optimum level of membership of PICQS that can only be achieved  by progression as above described.

Member is entitled to use post nominal: FPICQS and must clearly state as Fellow Member of PICQS. Membership shall expire at the end of each calendar year and subject to PICQS GMC’s renewal validation.

Corporate Member

  • Route 1 – Candidate with Accredited Degree / Formal Education in Quantity Surveying
  • Route 2 – Candidate with Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • Route 3 – Candidate with Other Educational Qualification
  • Route 4 – Senior Management Role experience / Academic Experience
  • Route 5 – Membership Holder of QS Professional Bodies with agreement with PICQS (achieved MRICS, MAIQS, MNZIQS, CIQS PQS)

Member is entitled to use post nominal: MPICQS and must clearly state as Corporate Member of PICQS. Membership shall expire at the end of each calendar year and subject to PICQS GMC’s renewal validation.
